BHS Track in State of Disrepair, AD Francis Has to Shift Meets Off-Cape
With the Cobb Track pockmarked with holes like the one shown above, Barnstable High School athletic director Steve Francis was forced yesterday to shift home track meets off-Cape until the building & grounds crews from the town can complete repairs.
